Payment Information

  • Appointments for sessions must be paid for in advanced to hold/confirm the booking. Any cancellations after 24 hours of notice is NOT entitled to a refund—partial or full.

  • Payment is taken at booking and any sessions that are rescheduled within the allowable timeframe is moved to the rescheduled future session. We can appreciate the difficulty or inflexibility this may create for our clients.

  • We do not accept insurance, but are happy to provide invoices should you wish to file a reimbursement claim with your insurance company.
